1. Ecommerce Use
Customers must provide accurate account, billing and contact details. Cignetix may decline or cancel an order where payment, product availability, pricing, compliance or order information requires review.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions, images and specifications are intended to support selection. Technical products and systems may require confirmation, commissioning or project assessment before use. Customers remain responsible for confirming suitability for their intended application.
3. Pricing & VAT
Product prices are displayed in AED. VAT is shown separately during checkout and on applicable order/invoice documentation. Promotional prices may be subject to validity periods and stock availability.
4. Stock Availability
The website displays availability status such as In Stock, Limited Stock or Out of Stock rather than exposing exact warehouse quantities. Availability may be revalidated before payment or order confirmation.
5. Payment
Phase 1 accepts card payment through the selected payment gateway. An order should be treated as confirmed only after successful payment validation by the ecommerce platform.
6. Pickup
Phase 1 fulfilment is customer pickup from the Cignetix Dubai warehouse. Customers are responsible for arranging collection transportation and must follow the pickup instructions issued with the confirmed order.
7. Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Not all products include installation or commissioning. Where a system requires technical services, Cignetix may provide a separate quotation, instructions or contact process.
8. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Returns and replacements are subject to inspection and the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Products must generally be unused, without scratches or customer-caused damage, and may be tested to establish whether a manufacturing defect exists.
9. Limitation & Technical Responsibility
Life-safety products should be installed, commissioned, tested and maintained by appropriately qualified persons where required by the product, system or applicable regulations.
