1. Pickup Location
Customers select the Cignetix Dubai warehouse pickup option during checkout. The final warehouse address, pickup hours and collection instructions should be provided on the confirmed order communication.
2. Pickup Readiness
An order may move through statuses such as Order Received, Preparing for Pickup, Ready for Pickup and Picked Up. Customers should travel to the warehouse only after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
3. Collection Requirements
The customer or authorized collector may be asked to provide the order number, customer name, contact details or identification before handover.
4. Transportation
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation from the warehouse, including vehicle suitability for product dimensions, weight and handling requirements.
5. Inspection at Handover
Customers should check packaging and visible product condition at the time of collection and raise any immediate concern with the warehouse team before leaving where practical.
